Description

A boutique law firm in south Seattle is seeking a Jr. Paralegal to add to their Estate Planning team.

The salary range is 55-70k DOE, with additional bonus earnings. They offer medical insurance, 401k with 4% match, PTO and sick time and free on site parking.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting estate planning documents and client communication

• Putting together of inventory of clients' assets in excel

• Being the main point of contact for clients

• Leading signing appointments, notarizing documents

• Recording deeds

• Using Wealth Counsel and Clio software for drafting and case management

• Calendaring

  Requirements

Requirements:

• 1+ YOE as a legal assistant or paralegal in a client facing position

• Strong writing and verbal communication skills

• Great customer service and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive matters

• Eager to learn the field of estate planning and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture
