JLL ESG Program Manager in Seattle, Washington

At JLL, we are driving sustainability through everything that we do, across all service lines and job positions. Specifically, we are growing our Sustainability practice to drive end-to-end sustainability solutions in real estate, from site selection to decommissioning. In this role, you will work with one of our high-profile clients, acting as an embedded extension of their in-house Sustainability Team. As a member of the JLL Sustainable Operations Team, reporting to the Global Program and Integration Lead, you will own optimization of the portfolio with respect to effective sustainability performance. This role requires aprogrammatic approach to drive consistency in assessment, ideation, program/team calibration, and reporting. This position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence at least 3 days per week. Key responsibilities include: Focused on ESG Program Coordination, Rhythm of Business, and Governance across own team and with the client Maintains activity trackers, composing and delivering regular and ad-hoc reporting against program goals and priorities Owns, manages, and continuously improves issue management (SIM) workflow tracking for ESG and general Corporate Sustainability customer requests Delivers data and reporting administration to drive consistent service delivery and robust reporting governance across GREF Global Corporate Sustainability (GCS) Has demonstrable understanding of sustainability and ESG concepts Establish strong working relationships with account and client teams to ensure comprehensive support and leadership Monitor and verify completed sustainability projects / pilots for effectiveness Work with sustainable operations team to track and communicate success stories to ensure a high level of awareness and engagement is achieved with regard to the overall sustainability program and client's success Demonstrate innovative thinking and proactive management in bringing new ideas and solutions Develop and manage internal and external surveys, with results effectively summarized and prepared for communication, along with key recommendations for actions Provide SME input and own program components (e.g., content development, maintenance) related to SME area What this job involves Has proven skills and experience in Invent and Simplify, Deliver Results, and Insist on the Highest Standards Has experience of dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information Experience of working in or liaising with international offices across multiple time zones Able to work efficiently and accurately to meet tight deadlines Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization skills and attention to detail Excellent spoken and written corporate communications and interpersonal skills to deal with a wide variety of clients and colleagues at various seniority levels, including executives Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, making decisions where necessary and solve problems efficiently Uses appropriate judgement when responding to the needs of senior executives both internally and externally Demonstrates personal accountability, ownership and an ability to work effectively under pressure Team player who deals effectively with colleagues and clients and who has the ability to establish good relationships with both Ability to priorities workload and willingness to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner, with high level of assertiveness Analytical competencies with ability to apply to different types of data (financial, operational, HR) Advanced MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook Sound like you?
