Are you ready to engage with a mission-driven organization that is life-changing to many, and touches the hearts of all? #HOPECARECURE Epic Beaker Principal Trainer Responsible for development, delivery and maintenance of accessible, up-to-date, effective and sustainable Electronic Medical Record (EMR) training programs for clinicians and their support staff. Work directly with clinical staff to facilitate IS service capabilities and commitments, and to represent their EMR application experience and needs back to Information Services. Provide leadership, technical project coordination, consultative services, and liaison with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure positive training outcomes. Provide ongoing training support as needed in support of project operations (day-to-day) sustaining. May direct work of other staff members. Requirements Required Education/Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, Informatics, Nursing or other clinically related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) - Minimum of four (4) years instructional design, classroom instruction, or information technology services experience, to include at least two (2) years of curriculum development utilizing blended learning formats for a diverse audience - Minimum of two (2) years project coordination with stakeholders in a healthcare environment - Proven ability to communicate effectively with providers and clinicians Required Credentials: - Epic Certification required (Epic certfication is required within 6 months of employment, including 2 test retakes). Preferred: - Epic Willow Inpatient and Epic Willow Ambulatory - Master's degree in Education, Informatics, Nursing or related field - Recent healthcare experience, preferably in a pediatric setting - Working knowledge
