As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will increase the market share for our Client's Enterprise Solution and provide account leadership and direction in both the pre- and post-sales processes in a high-energy, dynamic environment. This is an outside sales position with a sales quota.

  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers to prepare account strategies and plans

  • Initiate new contacts constantly through networking and cold-calling to increase client base

  • Handle new, add-on, and renewal businesses

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our competitive positioning in the marketplace, and prepare activity and forecast reports as requested

  • Construct and execute a thorough business plan

  • Meet or exceed revenue quota

  • Provide account insight and direction in both pre- and post-sales processes

  • 5 - 10 years sales experience; with a minimum of 5 yrs outside sales experience required

  • 5 years of enterprise software, selling to VP level, Operations and Development, must have a verifiable track record of exceeding quota 3 of the last 5 years.

  • Start-up experience preferred, proven self-starter necessary

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills among a variety of audiences

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

  • Exceptional leadership skills

  • Experience selling to Fortune 100 to 1000 companies

  • Experience translating technical sales into business value

  • Able to travel at least 50% of the time
