As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will increase the market share for our Client's Enterprise Solution and provide account leadership and direction in both the pre- and post-sales processes in a high-energy, dynamic environment. This is an outside sales position with a sales quota.
Collaborate with Sales Engineers to prepare account strategies and plans
Initiate new contacts constantly through networking and cold-calling to increase client base
Handle new, add-on, and renewal businesses
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our competitive positioning in the marketplace, and prepare activity and forecast reports as requested
Construct and execute a thorough business plan
Meet or exceed revenue quota
Provide account insight and direction in both pre- and post-sales processes
5 - 10 years sales experience; with a minimum of 5 yrs outside sales experience required
5 years of enterprise software, selling to VP level, Operations and Development, must have a verifiable track record of exceeding quota 3 of the last 5 years.
Start-up experience preferred, proven self-starter necessary
Excellent communication and presentation skills among a variety of audiences
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Exceptional leadership skills
Experience selling to Fortune 100 to 1000 companies
Experience translating technical sales into business value
Able to travel at least 50% of the time
