Seattle Children’s Hospital Employee Relations and Operations Consultant in Seattle, Washington

Responsibilities The Employee Relations and Operations Consultant (EROC) offers expert guidance on HR matters to employees and managers at all levels. This includes employee relations, performance management, policies, and employment law. With a focus on compliance with labor laws and fairness, the EROC provides recommendations and ensure thorough documentation of HR issues. The EROC collaborates with People and Culture teams and managers to address employee concerns. The EROC maintain records and shares trends with leadership for improvement. #LI-JC1 Requirements Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or a combination of education and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the job duties. Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in human resources. Demonstrated knowledge of, and skill applying, local, state and federal laws. Demonstrated commitment to DEI and anti racist principles. Required Credentials: N/A Preferred: PHR/SPHR and HR-related certifications are preferred. Master's Degree in business or related field. Experience working in a large, complex health care organization. Experience working in a union environment. Min to Max Hourly Salary$44.46 - $66.69 /hrMin to Max Annual Salary$92,476.80 - $138,715.20 /yrSalary Information This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.The union pay ranges can be found on the Seattle Children's website here: - Seattle Children's offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
