Northwest Center Drywall Finisher / Painter in Seattle, Washington

Northwest Center is looking for a detail-oriented Seasonal Drywall Finisher & Painter to join our team. We are looking for candidates to work with us for a six-month project from May - to October! In this role as a drywall finisher and painter, your duties will include sealing joints, repairing cracks, and smoothing imperfections on walls and ceilings to create suitable surfaces for final treatment. You should also ensure that all supplies are used safely and properly cared for. If you are detail-oriented and like to work as a team, this is your POSITION! Apply TODAY! LOCATION: Seattle, WA SCHEDULE: Monday- Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (6-month assignment) WAGE: $32.00 – 35.00 Per hour DOE Drywall Finisher Responsibilities: *Joining drywall panels using tape and plaster. *Repairing cracks and any other damage to the drywall panels *Sanding down rough areas on the wall to create a smooth surface. *Skimming the surface with a final layer of plaster in preparation for finishing work. *Managing and maintaining all the required equipment for the job. *Ensuring that all equipment and materials are used safely and effectively.
