Hill International, Inc. Disaster Recovery Program Manager in Seattle, Washington

Hill International is seeking a Disaster Recovery Program Manager to join our US team. Responsible for leading, coordinating all aspects of the project Ensures that all work is being completed correctly and in a timely manner Monitors how projects are progressing Reports the details to the Government Overall responsibility for managing established scope and budget for capital projects assuring these assigned project managers and guided and mentored throughout the project Ensures communication between members of a multi-disciplinary project management teams both client and project staff Oversees consultants and contractors involved in capital projects and facilitates strong communication and coordination between these entities Communicates and coordinates project status with staff from affected federal, state, regional and local agencies Regularly communicates project status, milestones and issues with leadership Develops and oversees regular preparation of project status reports Ensures project compliance with all federal, state and local laws, regulations, codes and standards. Familiarity with FEMA-PA,IA,HMGP and HUD-CDBG-DR Projects required First level lead for all consultant and sub-consultant team Responsible for development of staffing plans related to contract Must also have a minimum of 10 years of experience performing program management functions related with Disaster Recovery in the US to include experience previous experience as a Project Manager on multiple projects Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business or a related technical field Must have high-level management and leadership skills Ability to both lead and function as a member of a team Should have excellent written and oral communication skills Must have attention to detail, great organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure Must have conflict resolution and problem-solving skills to include risk management Must have cost control and budgeting skills Must have teamwork and motivational skills Travel involved Full Covid-19 vaccination is recommended. Mandatory vaccinations and proof of vaccination are subject to client requirements, federal, state or local law The salary range for this position is $170,000-$210,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
