Slalom LLC Director - Technology Solutions in Seattle, Washington

This is a position local to Seattle and requires living within a commutable distance of the city. Slalom is looking for a technology sales solution leader to join our Seattle Technology Solutions team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled and motivated person with a balance of technical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills. What You'll Do Pipeline Opportunity Development: * Collaborate with our Sales Executives and Account Leaders to grow the Technology Enablement sales pipeline. * Contribute to client meetings, assess opportunities, understand the client's objectives, recommend options, and present solution(s), outcomes, and costs to ensure a successful result from start to finish. * Identify opportunities to bring our full suite of Slalom's services to both new and existing clients (i.e. IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, Software development, DevSecOps, Cloud, TechAI, and more). * Grow and maintain executive-level client relationships and participate in industry forums, events, and speaking engagements to further promote Slalom's brand within the market. * Comfortable owning annual direct sales revenue target and responsible for strategically planning how to meet and exceed goals. Delivery Exceptionally: * Work hand-in-hand with our clients and peers (i.e., business advisory, data & analytics, platforms, etc.) to deliver world class solutions. * Be an engagement manager overseeing the project economics including risks, planning and budgeting, manage production of project deliverables, and ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from the client stakeholders. * Work with teams to capture best practices and develop case studies and other core deliverables to build solution offerings. * Annual target of 40% billable utilization. Team Development: * Maximize team performance through career development and an overall effective team approach that increases collaboration, and productivity. * Provide coaching and mentoring to help consultants work better and love what they do. * Identify and develop new practice capabilities to stay ahead of market demand. * Improve Slalom's culture and exemplify our core values on a day-to-day basis. What You'll Bring * BA or BS Degree (master's degree preferred) * Successful leadership in an outcome based professional services organization. * Demonstrated ability to co-develop complex solutions by collaborating with partners, peers, and clients * Software development experience covering a broad business base, complemented with a concentration in cloud transformation (AWS/Azure/GCP), production engineering, application integration and/or DevOps * Proven history of leveraging and growing existing client base; organic business development responsibilities, i.e., growing new accounts/clients from the ground up * Data driven approach to ensure operational efficiencies and set the team up for success. * Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities to audiences of all levels including client-facing skills About Us Slalom is a purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company.
