You have a proventrack record of identify strategies for new revenue streams, expanding into new markets, and optimizing existing markets/verticals. This is a remote based position with travel to customer locations or corporate meetings, as needed. Job Summary:The Director, Sales Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Operations is responsible for the programmatic execution and evolution of the GTM vision for Citrix Sales & Services. This position is responsible for both strategic and operational efforts which include leading the strategy creation process, ensuring alignment and execution of the strategy and roadmap, delivering a consistent streamlined, repeatable approach to sales strategy and execution. The Director will partner with senior leaders across multiple organizations to design, enhance and operationalize the GTM strategy.Role ResponsibilitiesIdentify strategies for new revenue streams, expanding into new markets, and optimizing existing markets/verticals. This position will research, analyze, scope, prioritize opportunities, and measure outcomes.Drive operational business planning through a focus on insights and analytics by partnering closely with the teams within Sales Operations to monitor progression and alignment.Create, maintain, execute, and communicate the GTM plans, responsible for matching market opportunity with strategy and messaging.Creates and maintains GTM governance framework and ensures alignment across the groups.Anticipates the needs of the business, uses data and logic to recommend tradeoffs, and can quickly and efficiently mobilize the business to drive results.Utilizes customer research, industry trends and market competitive analysis along with cross-functional stakeholder data to conduct business analysis.Responsible for consistent communication to global leaders on GMT strategy, execution, and success measuresDevelops and grows a high performing team.Leads operational and strategic projects as needed.Basic QualificationsBachelor's Degree is required, post-graduate degree is a plus.Requires 10+ years of progressive business experience in related field, with experience working in a rapid-growth technology company, in a leadership role.Proven success in building and executing high-impact business strategies and driving cross-departmental alignment.Ability to establish strong relationships and collaboration across teams.Strong communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills, including establishing credibility and building trusted relationships.An ability to flourish in a high growth, entrepreneurial and global environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities at one time.Strong planning ability and experience in developing plan strategies and future operation goals.Preferred Skills/RequirementsExperience leading strategic cross-functional initiativesProven ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and demonstrated initiative in taking ownership for all assigned responsibilities, deliverables, and results.Demonstrated ability to build complex analytical models with the ability to simpl
