Job Description

Conduent is seeking a Director-level Sales Executive to champion profitable BPO/BPS sales growth through consultative sales and leveraging deep Transaction Processing / Back Office Processes experience. Qualified candidates will possess business services experience in one or more of the following; Finance and Accounting, Omni-channel, Banking and Capital markets.

This position is remote, and the incumbent must reside within the West Coast/Pacific Northwest region.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for driving sales of Transaction Processing / Back Office Processes solutions.

  • Will drive new logo acquisition and hunting new business within prospect and current client accounts.

  • Builds a very select pipeline of key prospects with the goal of closing large, strategic opportunities.

  • Engage product marketing and solutions expertise to refine service offerings for specific market segments.

  • Cross-sell and collaborate on across enterprise solutions.

  • Recommend and initiate enhancements to the sales and marketing operation.

  • Establish goals, analyze growth and provide accurate, complete and timely submission of required progress reports, forecasts, quotations, budgets and rates.

  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of consultative sales strategy.

  • Strategize, recommend and consult with partners in operations, product groups and support groups to leverage Conduent’s capabilities to close business.

  • Work closely with pricing and finance to develop profitable solutions.

  • Is a team player with the energy, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to achieve success. A professional who is respected for her/his leadership, intelligence and expertise.

  • Leverage and maintain SFDC system with activities and sales strategies

  • All other duties as assigned.

    Experience:

  • 7+ years of demonstrated consultative Sales experience.

  • 5+ years Transaction Processing/ Back Office Processes solutions experience.

  • Proven ability to develop new Transaction Processing / Back Office Processes business.

  • Solution selling of services, including; FA&P, Omni-Channel, Banking & Capital, Document management.

  • A current track record of meeting sales quotas of $4M+ TCV.

  • Applies aggressive approach resulting in key relationships with C-level executives and other key business contacts.

  • Demonstrated history of aligning internal support for contract execution and services delivery.

  • Superb relationship builder, negotiator, and communicator.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
