A day in the life…

We are seeking a Director, Project & Program Management to join our team of talented PMs, dedicated to delivering exceptional marketing campaigns and initiatives.

This leadership role is responsible for supporting and growing several teams of project management professionals. The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager and leader, passionate about flawless execution, operational excellence, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking someone who has experience planning, executing, and measuring brand and performance-based advertising campaigns, driving the development of all content and media plan deliverables to build and extend our brand, attract and convert new customers, and engage our existing community of customers in authentic and compelling ways. As a leader, you must be willing to embrace change and adapt to new situations and challenges.


  • Lead and grow the Project and Program Management teams

  • Work across departments to ensure successful campaign planning, execution, measurement, and lead application of lessons learned to upcoming work.

  • Drive the delivery of diverse and complex projects that include close coordination of internal teams and external agencies.

  • Enable the broader operations team and stakeholders to align on delivery expectations and support adherence across the organization to agreed milestones.

  • Closely work with partner teams to understand and identify key inter-dependencies and critical roadblocks, identify potential issues, and appropriately align with the needs of the enterprise.

  • Articulates vision and influences decisions, empowering the operations group to be owners of continuous improvement.

  • Direct team on standard project and program management methodologies that can scale and be repeatable.

  • Develop and deploy PMO success metrics and tracking dashboards to evaluate progress and highlight areas for further optimization.

  • Review performance results across Marketing and act to improve operations in a way that impacts the results and allows us to achieve our goals

  • Continually evaluate the team structure and support needs based on business requirements.

  • Be the PM voice in discussions related to emerging marketing needs that impact team processes and resources.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with external media and creative agencies.

  • Makes and maintains strong relationships across the enterprise.

  • Conduct weekly risk and performance reporting.

  • Lead end of week/month/quarter optimization activities.

  • Mentor and develop Leadership talent

You own this if you have…

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Operations and Ecommerce

  • 5 years of direct supervision of teams

  • 5 years of leading teams in delivery of cross-functional operations

  • 5 years working in media, customer acquisition, or ad agency environment. Can be from either an agency or client-side background.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities in a calm and efficient manner.

  • Expert in program and project management principles, processes and software.

  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

  • Able to identify and define re-engineering opportunities.

  • Detail-oriented but with an ability to shift to higher level thinking that can span across projects covering the entire organization.

  • Experience managing the development of a broad range of content in support of diverse media, marketing channels, and websites (e.g., video, digital, print, events, out of home, PR).

  • Self-starter attitude and ability to build a strong rapport and trust with resources across multiple functional areas.

  • Experience with a broad range of marketing programs.

  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills. Trustworthy and dependable.
