As a Supply Chain Integration director, SCS innovation stores, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless connectivity and collaboration across various systems, applications, and processes within Starbucks. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee end to end integration efforts in our Siren Craft System Innovation Stores, from stores to our suppliers, driving and optimizing customer-designed solutions that deliver a 4-min Café customer service time.

You will work very closely with cross-functional teams across the enterprise, including Supply Chain, Partner and Customer Solutions, Retail Ops, Technology and Tryer amongst others, to drive efficient integration and end to end system solutions.

As a director Supply Chain Integration, you will…

• Lead the strategy and implementation of solutions to support inventory availability, productivity and a 4-min Café customer service time in the Siren Craft System Innovation Stores

• In partnership with Tryer, Retail Ops, GSC, Tech and Finance develop an integrated work plan for solutions, new tools and platforms to be implemented in the SCS Innovation Stores

• Establish best practices for orchestrating workstreams and integration of SCS POD solutions in the SCS Innovation Stores

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
