Summary:

Meta is seeking a leader to join our Global Operations team. The GO Systems teams are responsible for the Operations that support our content moderation systems, human review tooling and AI/ML platforms for our thousands of reviewers globally. The teams focus on improving how we leverage these technologies to achieve critical business outcomes in accuracy, scalability and agility. This includes working with Operations leadership to understand key needs, partner with product and engineering leadership to scope and roadmap key initiatives, identify opportunities for AI, and drive the vision for tooling and platform needs for Operations.This Director will have deep domain expertise in operations, AI and technology and a passion for product partnership, cross functional partnership and talent and team development. You will guide vision and strategy and drive execution as we support our community of reviewers and users globally and deliver on Meta’s product strategy. You'll work in close partnership with, and influence strategic investments with, cross-functional stakeholders, including but not limited to product, engineering, operations, and data/analytics. Required Skills:

Director, Global Operations Systems Responsibilities:

1. Serve as a leader for Operations’ Tool needs. In your role here you’ll work cross-functionally, with global teams and leadership across the company to identify new strategic tool investment areas, identify process improvement opportunities, influence platform and tooling roadmaps as part of the product development cycle

2. Influence the technical roadmap for engineering ensuring Ops’ critical needs are represented and prioritized. Build strong relationships with the multiple engineering stakeholders

3. Lead strategic initiatives to transform the quality of agent tooling for Operations including bringing perspective on how we should best be leveraging AI in our tooling

4. Provide strong and visionary leadership to your teams, enhance and develop a strong team culture of trust and commitment to impact in how we support our community, define north star for world class community support experience

5. Partner with global leaders, HR, L&D & Recruiting to develop and execute on a holistic people strategy to attract, retain and develop top talent and role model leadership best practices.

6. Deliver on key Global Ops Priorities, partnering with other leaders to improve how we operate and deliver results for Meta

Minimum Qualifications:

7. 10+ years of operations domain experience, managing multi-country operations in domains such as customer service, tooling and platforms, risk management, process improvement in operations

8. Experience engaging on and shaping technical roadmaps to deliver on team priorities

9. 10+ years people management experience including managing leaders and managing remotely across regions, proven track record of attracting, scaling and developing teams

10. Cross-functional leadership and relationship building: Experience working cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally

11. Thought leadership: Strategic thinker with proven track record of transforming operations to provide customer experience through innovation and improvement

12. Experience communicating effectively to all levels of the organization, including executives

Public Compensation:

$285,000/year to $331,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
