This job places strong emphasis on the following outcomes: the measurement of nursing processes and outcomes of care and the aggressive development and dissemination of best practices across ambulatory care settings.Qualifications:Master's degree in nursing, healthcare, or business administration required.Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington is required.Extensive clinical and business knowledge of ambulatory nursing care which may include appropriate certifications.Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills.Understanding of quality outcomes.Strong Human Resources skills.Preferred: Five years combined clinical and supervisory/managerial experience with progressively stronger capacity to exceed desired operational, financial, and quality goals.
