The Biosciences Division (BID ) is a $2.5 billion business with 4,000+ employees across the globe. How will you make an impact?

We are looking for a passionate digital marketer to join our Paid Search Team. This role will assist the SEM Managers with the researching, planning, launching, and optimization of the paid search/SEM campaigns in support of the global SEM efforts for the Biosciences Division, nested under the Life Sciences and Laboratory Products Group (LSLPG). You will be part of a highly matrix environment and will be collaborating with large, diverse teams across our company and the globe.

The ideal candidate has a working understanding of other digital channels like SEO, Programmatic Display, Email or Social Media. To be successful in this position, you are organized and able to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on details and an eye for uncovering new opportunities to improve performance & efficiency.

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with team members to develop, implement, QA, and optimize SEM campaigns - aligned with business goals

  • Perform A/B testing with the intent of scaling performance & improving campaign efficiency

  • Monitor and provide competitor insights to support paid search strategy

  • Complete ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization activities

  • Partner closely with team and internal stakeholders on performance trends, project deliverables, and digital marketing initiatives

  • Find a better way every day, use automation and focus on solutions that scale

  • Stay informed with Paid Search industry best practices, trends, technologies, and platform updates (e.g. AdWords, Bing, etc.)

  • Participate in scrum ceremonies and follow agile principles as part of an agile team, using project management software

How will you get here?

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C or B2B digital marketing, advertising or eCommerce

  • Hands-on experience of SEM using Google Ads, Bing Ads or other paid search engines

  • Working knowledge of bid management platforms (e.g. Adobe Media Optimizer, Kenshoo, Marin, DoubleClick or Search Ads 360)

  • Strong understanding of keyword planning, research, match types, funneling, and negative lists

  • Experience in monitoring and evaluating digital marketing campaign efficiency

  • Strong Excel skills, ability to manage and update campaigns via bulk upload process

  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g. PowerBI, Adobe Analytics)

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with keyword research tools (e.g. Moz, SEMRush, Conductor)

  • Experience with backlog management tools (e.g. WorkFront, Jira)
