The Boeing Company Digital Marketing Business Analyst in Seattle, Washington
The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Business Analyst to join our Corporate Communications Digital team in Chicago, IL or Seattle, WA. This position will focus on transforming the way we digitally offer and market our services offerings to customers in the commercial aviation, general aviation, and government segments and will work in scrum, agile environments.
Primary Responsibilities * Support key digital initiatives and projects for Corporate Communications, such as A/B testing, email marketing, blog & digital content strategy, and cross-platform strategy * Support the end-to-end product strategy of new Boeing Global Services digital marketing / customer experience products and initiatives by working in agile Scrum teams and helping shape solutions through a focus on customer pain points * Act as a business analyst on digital marketing and customer experience scrum teams, driving a minimum viable product mindset across the team, building the product backlog (list of efforts that need to be completed within each project), and writing user stories * Ensure the product backlog captures dependencies on vendors and other parallel work and drive a shared understanding of user stories across the team, particularly why they are valuable and prioritized * Support sprint and release plans together with the scrum master and work closely with marketing teams to ensure the delivery of User Value is in line with User Story goals Boeing is the world's largest aerospace company and leading manufacturer of commercial airplanes and defense, space and security systems. Basic Qualifications (Required) * Bachelor's degree * 1 year working in digital marketing environments (e.g., with ad servers, web analytics, search bid management, etc.) * Experience using Excel for data analysis * 3 year's defining and tracking KPIs and other measurable success criteria * 3 year's using SQL queries Desired Qualifications/Experience: * Deep technical and process level knowledge of relevant domains, products, and journeys * Deep knowledge of user needs and pain points, often through background as an expert, customer support, process, or technical roles * Familiarity with digital marketing principles such as funnel optimization UX, SEO * Landing page optimization
Typical Education/Experience: Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience.
