Providence St. Joseph Health Dietitian (Part Time) - PACE/Elderplace in Seattle, Washington

Description This is a part time position working 32 hours/week on weekdays during day shift. The Dietitian provides nutrition assessment, counseling, and planning upon inter-disciplinary team (IDT) referral for participants identified as being at nutritional risk according to established screening protocol or as ordered by physician. Monitor and document the participant's response to mode of nutritional therapy used. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition Or Bachelor's Degree in Field other than Nutrition, with Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) And Coursework/Training and Coordinated Program in Dietetics Completed an Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) - accredited supervised practice: Dietetic Internship Program or Individual Supervised Practice Pathway Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: Washington Dietitian Certification Or Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: Washington Nutritionist Certification Upon hire: National CDR Registered Dietitian - Commission on Dietetic Registration Preferred qualifications: Master's Degree in Nutrition or other related field 1 year of Clinical dietitian working with a geriatric population Why Join Providence?
