84954BR Delivery Consultant II Entry Level/ Junior ProfessionalJob DescriptionThe role of an operations focused delivery consultant supporting ComumunityWorks Clients is to assist and supplement the various implementation and support teams (CommunityWorks solution consulting teams, AMS production support) to deliver a seamless production and non-production experience from project kickoff to conversion and beyond. The role is primarily focused on the following outcomes: Review Change/Ideas, determine value and expected adoption, test changes and facilitate the implementation of the changes into the production environment, Troubleshooting in depth solution workflow specific issues, Consultative approach to solving client workflow issues and maintaining Cerner best practices, Creation and maintenance of education slides for your solution changes SR queue ManagementQualificationsBasic Qualifications At least 5 years total combined related work experience and completed higher educationAt least 1 year of Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or information technology (IT) solution work experienceAt least 4 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher educationPreferred Qualifications Bachelor's degreeExperience with Cerner configuration toolsExpectations Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulationsWork in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand person role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of positionsPerform other responsibilities as assignedAdditional InformationApplicants for U.S. based positions with Cerner Corporation must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
