SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED

The company is seeking a detail oriented short term Data Entry Associate (Onsite) to become an important part of our Customer Onboarding team. We are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail, highly organized, ability to manage large volumes of data, and all within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Validate and input accurate information into Salesforce.

• Identify and execute streamlined and efficient processes to ensure quick and accurate data entry.

• Complete high volume tasks within a set deadline.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 1+ years of related work experience

• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce and Excel or related work experience

• Candidate must have valid drivers license and own vehicle in order to conduct customer on-site visits

• Candidate must be able to walk 5+ miles per day

• Candidate must be able work outside (this is not an office job)

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Must have high attention to detail, be well organized and a self-starter

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong interpersonal communication skills

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

• Advanced data entry experience with the ability to navigate and manipulate large data sets

Typical Day in the Role:

  • On the road visiting customers

  • Must be presentable as they are interacting with customers face to face

  • They need to work independently and going to the onsite scheduled meetings with customers.

  • Gather data points form the customers backyards – will arrive at customer’s house and explain to the customer the procedures, walk through the backyard, measure the distances between obstacles (Drone perspective) and also check the quality of the ground to determine if it is ok to drop a package there.

  • Once this is completed, they will define what the final delivery coordinates are for that location

  • If a 5-meter radius that they can draw in backyard to drop package, then it will work and they can document the coordinates on a written template and later document the results in Salesforce.

  • Best performer would be proactive and address potential challenges early on – if a customer engagement specialist sets up an appointment with a customer (north location) and next appointment (South), they would need to check 1 day before going out to the customer how they are going to be able to make both sites in a timely manner. Being proactive & thinking through what the next steps are and the practicality of it, addressing potential challenges and working through them.
