The AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) team is seeking an experienced and driven Customer Success Operations Manager. This individual will identify, develop, and deploy scalable mechanisms to establish a rhythm of the business, streamline operational processes, and drive key business decisions for the program.As the MAP Customer Success Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving the effectiveness and efficiency of Customer Success for migrations, building mechanisms to relay customer feedback to the Product team, aligning support teams on a resolution of major cases, reporting of issues to the Engineering team, and help accelerate the onboarding of customers into the MAP program.You will also be responsible for supporting the ongoing monthly, quarterly, and annual operating cadence of the business including pipeline and forecast reviews, analyzing and managing customer and partner investments, and driving the rhythm of the business by supporting the annual strategic planning process, quarterly business reviews, and monthly management reviews.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be a very effective written and oral communicator, and have strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business challenges, with the ability to work across organizational boundaries. You must be able to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, manage escalations, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus constraints. You should thrive in fast-paced environments, be able to manage through ambiguity and complexity, and invent and simplify processes. Maturity, strong judgment, and the ability to influence are all essential to success in this role.Key job responsibilities* Ensure critical deliverables are achieved. Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure operations are running smoothly.* Get buy-in from various cross-functional teams for various initiatives.* Responsible for defining and building Migration Acceleration Program customer success operating model, develop short and long-term features to achieve the program's vision. Bias towards execution and rapid delivery.* Partner with regional field teams in developing systematic electronic reach out programs for customers.* Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues and gaps that may impair the program's ability to accelerate customers' migration journey.* Record and document the functionalities and operations of the program.* Periodically present progress to executive leadership.* Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field; or equivalent work experience.* 3+ years of sales or delivery operations experience with building and supporting services.* 5+ years of Program Management/Operations experience* Master's degree* 7+ years in delivery or business operations* 3-5 years in product management or consulting* Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a highly matrixed, cross-functional, global organization* Demonstrated ability in navigating and simplifying complex sales operations processes.* Willingness and ability to dig into the necessary level of detail to manage program operations and ensure successful program deliveryOur team is dedicated to supporting new members.
