The Customer Strategy and Solution Sales Team is accountable for the customer services sales strategy on select high-growth accounts and supporting Territory growth. We are thought leaders, champions of customer outcomes, and evangelists of our Softchoice strategy. As a Customer Solutions Lead for SMB, you will help customers reduce their spending, optimize their technology, and innovate business through our Professional, Managed, and Agility services focused on: * Business Consulting * Applications and Data * Collaboration and Productivity * Modern Infrastructure * Security What you'll do: Consultative Selling: * Demonstrate advanced consultative selling skills to identify and address complex business challenges faced by customers and propose solutions involving AI, Cloud, and Advanced Workplace. * Build and maintain trust with customers and partners through deep engagement and understanding of their business and industry trends. * Utilize sophisticated probing techniques to uncover customer business challenges and provide tailored multi-threaded solutions. Account Management: * Drive substantial growth and manage a diverse book of business focused on services, including advanced pipeline generation, accurate forecasting, and achieving sales quotas. * Qualify opportunities with precision and understand the progression and probability of deals within the sales cycle. * Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive account and close plans with a strategic approach. Value Proposition: * Clearly articulate the Softchoice value proposition and effectively present our advanced capabilities to customers and partners. * Own and deliver tailored proposals, ensuring they are relevant and impactful for diverse audiences * Demonstrate expertise in explaining the value of Cloud solutions for infrastructure, applications, and data, as well as Modern Workplace and Advanced Workplace Services. Managed Services: * Possess a deep understanding of our Managed Services capabilities and how they address complex business challenges. * Map right-fit Cloud and Workplace Managed Services offerings to solve specific, advanced business problems. Collaboration: * Work closely with Territory sales teams and leaders to ensure the Territory achieves overall success with services * Establish and nurture strong relationships with internal teams, including presales, delivery, and business development. * Act as a trusted advisor by maintaining a regular communication cadence with customers and partners, providing guidance through transitions, and ensuring successful adoption and sustained utilization of new solutions.
