Restore Hyper Wellness Customer Service Sales Representative - University Village in Seattle, Washington

 

Hyperwellness Representative:

As our Hyperwellness Representative , you will always strive to make our customers feel valued and satisfied with the high quality health and wellness services we offer. You will take pride in being the face of our location as you assist customers with all their wellness needs. You will excel in this role because you prefer a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. As a valued Hyperwellness Representative , substantial career growth will be available to you. You will build positive relationships with Restore’s clients through your extraverted and enthusiastic nature as you generate new sales leads. 

What you’ll need to be our Hyperwellness Representative:

  • Casual, uninhibited, and persuasive extrovert with a tendency for informality

  • Friendly, understanding, willing and patient team player

  • Persuasive, risk-taker; quick to connect and a strong drive for results

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

  • A sales oriented individual 

  • A safety oriented individual

    What you’ll do as the Hyperwellness Representative:

  • Assist all Restore customers with any needs they may have 

  • Constantly engage with new customers through studio tours, Care Cards, listening to and answering questions, and making recommendations on services

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to educate potential clients on Restore’s offerings

  • Initiate the sales process by scheduling and conducting appointments with warm leads

  • Responsible for the day-to-day functions of the store (doing laundry, cleaning, etc.)

  • Develop sales and marketing campaigns and initiate community engagements within the wellness community
