Aerotek Customer Service Representative in Seattle, Washington

The customer care specialist provides world class customer service experience. Customer care specialists are responsible for

-Responding to emails, calls, social media, chats, text and product reviews

-Providing expert product knowledge

-Supporting all areas of the business including the website, marketing, events, and retail partners

-Fulfilling on product guarantee by evaluating product issues and providing solutions for customers

-Gather data on opportunities for improvement
