The Role The Floral Customer Service Representative provides essential administrative support to Account Managers, focusing on customer service, data management, and sales support activities. This role is essential to the success of the floral department by assisting with entering orders and administrative tasks. The individual will develop skills in product allocation, customer interaction, and data-driven decision-making while ensuring accurate order entry and handling customer requests. Regular inspections of warehouse floral products are required, and the role includes assisting in creating marketing materials and participating in customer meetings to enhance career growth. In addition this person will take customer calls and present the Charlie's Produce standard of quality care that our reputation is built on. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential to the success of this role, ensuring seamless workflow, customer satisfaction, and overall team success. The right candidate will be able to work well together in a team setting for tasks like order allocations, but be also be able to work independantly and be self driven. The floral department works with a primary customer base of retail grocer's and this person should be comfotable in conversing with these types of customers. This is a corporate role and the person who fills it should be comfortable working with teams nationally and not exclusive to the Seattle market. Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To Provide administrative support to Account Managers. Timely and accurate entry of floral customer orders. Take and manage customer orders through phone and email. Handle and process customer credit requests, including coordinating and facilitating product pickups as required. Create stock transfers to other divisions. Staying abreast of market conditions and maintaining favorable relationships with customers and coworkers. Conduct regular inspections of floral products housed in warehouse facilities. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience Minimum 6 months Customer Service Representative or Data Entry experience.
