TEKsystems Customer Service And Events Associate in Seattle, Washington


The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently with the utmost of professionalism, integrity, and dependability. They will be confident and organized and will know when and how to reach out for assistance. A strong candidate has a bias for action and is strongly self-motivated, not only to take great care of our customers, but also to proactively identify systemic issues that need to be resolved to prevent future customer concerns. Finally, they are supremely internet savvy and have high technical aptitude when it comes to online tools and research. This is a great opportunity to work with events, event managers, and learn about event coordination.

Basic Qualifications

• 3 years prior Customer Service Experience

• Prior exposure and confidence in working with upper level management on a regular basis

• Ability to communicate professionally - with maturity and self confidence both verbally and written

• Over-achiever success in customer obsession learning fast problem solving and collaboration/teamwork

• The ideal candidate will have excitement for helping to build out event customer support and have high impact on customer experiences

• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment assessment and checks

• Excellent computer skills -- Advanced competence with a variety of software including: MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and other programs as needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree

• 5 years' experience as a customer service professional (face to face interaction and/or call center experience preferred)

• Experience in live event coordination or management.,
