The Boeing Company Customer Experience (CX) Designer & Researcher in Seattle, Washington
The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Customer Experience (CX) Designer and Researcher to join our Corporate Communications Digital team in Seattle, WA. This position will focus on transforming the way we digitally offer and market our services offerings to customers in the commercial aviation, general aviation, and government segments and will work in scrum, agile environments.
Key responsibilities will include: * Support new Boeing Global Services digital marketing products and initiatives in customer experience research and experience design efforts for teams, ensuring delivery of high quality products * Research customer behavior and lead customer insights collection through interviews, workshops, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid contextual inquiries, etc. * Understand customer pain points and create customer journey and persona maps * Facilitate work sessions with internal teams, customers, and users to define key design goals and requirements * Help UX designer creates and test prototypes that showcase the user flow and interactions. * Constantly monitor analytics, customer feedback and best practices in order to practice insight-driven optimization and innovation.

Basic Qualifications (Required): * Bachelor's degree * Experience designing clear and creative artifacts (task flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes) to guide teams * 3 years of experience with Visual design, including use of a diverse set of software (i.e. Invision, Adobe Suite, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Balsamiq, Axure) Preferred qualifications: * Experience with planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing and rapid prototyping * Experience working in agile teams * Familiarity with research techniques and best practices * Understanding of role related product/industry
Typical Education/Experience: Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience.
