This role involves frequent engagement with AWS leadership and requires a candidate with executive presence, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to influence others. This is a hands-on-position, to be successful you must be willing to "roll up your sleeves" to drive the desired results.* The pay range for this position in Colorado is $56.14-74.01(hr./yr.); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Applicants should apply via Amazon's internal or external careers site.Key job responsibilities* Work with the Solutions Architect Leadership team to create meaningful executive interactions with customers.* Prepare executives for regionals summits, customer meetings and events.* Ideate and plan customer engagement activities and events across North America.* Create closed loop tracking to confirm follow-up and follow-through on customer engagements.* Plan and execute internal events, including offsites and executive events.* Operate autonomously; drive end to end management of business goals.* Shepherd special projects and initiatives from ideation, documentation to deployment.5+ years of experience in program or project managementExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership* 5-10 years of relevant work experience in building and delivering scalable programs for customer engagement in a technology sales organization.* Operational excellence mind-set and experience. Data driven. Excellent problem-solving skills. Adept at simplifying complexity and developing scalable propositions* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage portfolio of complex cross-functional programs and projects.* Proven track record of ownership and driving results; doing so in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while working with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.* Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.* Experience with training, enablement and accreditation.* Broad understanding of public and hybrid cloud platforms; working knowledge of AWS services and their relevance to enterprise and industry workloads.* Experience working with C-Suite executives.* Education - BA or above required; additional qualifications in relevant areas highly desired.* Recent experience coordinating large scale executive events working in the technology industry.* Experience working with sal
