We are looking for a Training Program Manager who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a strong instructional design, curriculum development, program management, reporting and analytics background.As a Curriculum Developer - Program Manager (CDPM), you will be responsible for strategic planning and implementation of Continuing Education programs for the AWS Support team. You will be responsible for end-to-end global program management, strategic stakeholder management, streamline intake process, and work with the curriculum development team to design, develop and update content to ensure proficiency and readiness in tenured agents. You will create and manage standardized processes to track success metrics and measuring the impact of the program. This role is being filled in Seattle, other AWS Support locations may be considered.Some of the key job functions include:* Collaborate effectively with AWS Support leadership, program stakeholders, and SMEs on continuing education program needs. This includes the creation of new processes, tracking and reporting on the progress of projects, training and onboarding project team members, development and aggregation of program content, reporting progress to program stakeholders and leaders.* Use Learning Management Systems, AWS operational metrics/reports, and other data sources to analyze and report on training and knowledge management results.* Manage projects with cross-functional global teams to include Operations managers, curriculum developers, and training teams.* Manage the use of feedback surveys to guide analysis and decision making around training development and opportunities for improvement.* Assist with using and leveraging training team tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness including the Learning Management Systems, Data Visualization, eLearning tools, etc.* Manage multiple global project teams, project plans, and change management processes.* Manage and assist hands-on with curriculum development projects. Knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate and other eLearning tools is preferred.Key job responsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will be passionate about the growth and success of AWS Support employees and our customers. Candidates will have experience in designing, developing, and implementing a wide range of large-scale training solutions. They will also have the following attributes and qualifications:* 4+ years of experience in a training role managing programs or similar experience.* An undergraduate degree in a technical or training related field including technology, communication, education or similar field.* Experience providing reporting on higher organization goals, training reports, analysis, and program-related metrics.* Experience Improving, streamlining, and/or eliminating excess processes.
