We’re looking for an amazing Salesforce Developer, CRM Systems to fill this role, which is based in our Seattle or Miami offices. You’ll be responsible for full-cycle software development tasks in the Salesforce.com platform in an agile software development environment which includes working with business stakeholders on requirements gathering, design, development, testing and deployments. You’ll participate in design, code, testing and maintenance throughout software development life cycle to identify issues/defects and deliver enhancements. You’ll analyze the requirements, identify the risks/dependencies, provide estimates, develop the code/processes adhering to best practices, co-ordinate with team members for code review and deployments. Additionally, you’ll also administer and maintain the application.

Responsibilities

  • Configure/build new and enhanced functionality in the Salesforce.com platform using custom objects, task flows, validation rules, APEX classes, Lightning components, Visualforce while adhering to Salesforce best practices.

  • Participate in design, code, and testing throughout software life cycle to identify issues/defects.

  • Follow Agile software development methodology and team architecture standards. Create design and tech docs.

  • Actively participate/lead walk-throughs/demos and reviews with team (as needed).

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce application

  • CRM applications and nightly batch jobs support.

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration & maintainence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree & Salesforce certification

  • Minimum 4 years of experience configuring and building Salesforce solutions

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and technical knowledge in Salesforce.com platform

  • Extensive development experience in custom development with Lightning Component framework

  • Extensive experience with Apex development and Visualforce Page development

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices

  • Highly skilled in building custom integrations on Salesforce platform

  • Experience administerering and maintaining SalesforceMarketing Cloud

  • Good understanding of RDBMS with PL/SQL programming experience preferred

  • Experienced in batch scripting preferred

  • Hands on knowledge of web development skills in HTML, JQuery, CSS preferred

  • Working knowledge of web services development using restAPI, SOAP services, etc.

  • Past Siebel CRM development experience is preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Holland America is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

  • Base Salary Range: $78,200.00 to $105,600.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
