Critical Facilities Management - Talent Network Are you passionate about managing and maintaining mission-critical environments? Join our talent network for Critical Facilities Management professionals at JLL and be part of a team that ensures the continuous operation of vital infrastructure. Ideal candidates will have experience or interest in: Managing critical facility systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, fire/life safety, security) Developing and implementing maintenance strategies for mission-critical environments Leading and developing teams of engineers and technicians Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards Coordinating with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams Developing and managing CAPEX and OPEX plans for critical infrastructure Implementing and maintaining documentation for critical systems and processes Using facility management software and tools (e.g., Corrigo, MCIM, Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow) Background and skills: Experience in data center or critical facility operations Knowledge of UPS systems, emergency generators, and switchgear Educational background in engineering, facilities management, or related fields Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret technical documents and regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and facility management software Physical capability to perform hands-on work in industrial environments Relevant certifications such as Certified Data Center Facilities Engineer (CDCFE) or Certified Mission Critical Operator (CMCO) are valued but not required for all levels.
