The CQM will support the Chief Quality Officer (CQO) in developing and implementing our company-wide Quality Management System. Our company is dedicated to excellence, and we are looking for a candidate who shares our passion for quality. Responsibilities: Assist with keeping the company Quality Management System and Quality Manual (QM) up to date with the industry, including finding areas for improvement. Curate a library of project-specific Quality Management Plans (QMPs) whilst maintaining oversight of relevant examples for different project types and client-specific needs. Ability to serve as a Quality Assurance Manager for specific projects or assist a project quality team. Maintains familiarity with the QM and can make sure specific quality plans generally follow the QM. Responsible for running training sessions related to quality, both on a company-wide and project specific basis, with help and support from the CQO. Familiarity with industry-wide quality procedures, including standards in the industry (i.e., ISO 9001 certification). Provide support and coordination with outside consultants and other corporate staff to gain certifications and be actively involved in the implementation of requirements. Perform or provide support to quality audits and check on how well procedures are being implemented on projects, as well as evaluate and assist in implementation of any necessary corrective actions. Provide support to the Corporate Project Review (CPR) process on an as-needed basis, with additional support from project staff. Collaborate with the company leadership to set quality benchmarks or other key performance indicators. Assist with writing quality-related portions of Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) or proposals for offer of engineering services. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Business or Quality discipline Minimum 10 -12 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Architectural &Engineering industry Familiarity with ISO 9001 standard and certification preferred. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
