Coord, Clinical Trials Data req79471Coord, Clinical Trials Data - Seattle, WA - Monday-FridayJob Summary:The Clinical Trials Data Coordinator is responsible for managing clinical, sample repository and portfolio data, database and software tools development and maintenance activities. The candidate will work with medical, scientific and clinical development leadership, clinical correlations, portfolio and development project management to maintain study data. This position will have limited interaction with stakeholders in other business units and functions involved in the portfolio and clinical research activities and external clinical research organizations and other academic institutions to ensure deliverables are met. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Maintenance of database, query tools, and performing data entry and QC* Manage the database of ongoing studies, planned studies and sample needs across research projects. Help discover, clarify and enable prioritization of data needs. Work with project management to coordinate projects with external contract research organizations and academic institutions.* Support further development of data processes and provide insights into process improvements* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional management committees and external partners.* Provide timely and accurate information to Portfolio Management for program level tracking.* Other duties as assigned. Essential Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills and business acumen.Strong organizational skills; very detail oriented and a self-motivated problem solver.Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience and Education:* Bachelor's Degree* Minimum of 1 years of research data management experience, preferably in oncology* Minimum of 1 year hands on experience with managing data repositories, biological sample and clinical data banking databases and software, and/or project management tracking software* Good communications skills and demonstrated ability to assess needs from business owners and develop data management solutions to address* Knowledge of Good Clinical Laboratory Practices (GCLP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines; Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA), ISO 9001 knowledge helpfulPhysical & Mental Requirements:Ability to sit for extended periods of time.Ability to stand for extended periods of time.Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.Ability to use fine motor skills to operate office equipment.Ability to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and/or in writing.Ability to use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem solving.Quest Diagnosticshas many career opportunities for individuals whose talent, initiative anddedication will complement our belief that the patients come first and thatvalues do matter.
