We are offering a unique opportunity for a dedicated Controller. This role is based in Seattle, Washington, and involves a hybrid working model, with a blend of both on-site and remote work. You will be tasked with overseeing a range of accounting functions, including month-end close, cash management, and corporate credit card processing. This role offers contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the month-end close process to ensure accuracy and timeliness

• Handle forecasting and cash management duties to optimize financial planning

• Manage the processing of corporate credit cards, including monitoring and reconciling transactions

• Supervise a team of two Accounting Managers and ensure efficient workflow

• Utilize QuickBooks and Paylocity software for various accounting tasks

• Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections

• Perform budgeting and forecasting tasks to assist in financial planning and strategy

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and presentation

• Handle various other accounting functions as required to support the financial health of the organization

Requirements • Proficiency in managing all Accounting Functions

• Experience with handling both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to perform Budgeting and Forecasting tasks

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

• Experience with Month End Close procedures

• Familiarity with QuickBooks for accounting management

• Experience with Paylocity for payroll processing

• Knowledge of Cash Management strategies

• Experience in managing Corporate Credit Card transactions and reconciliations
