Roles and Responsibilities This role will be responsible for scheduling and delivering the right content to our customers in a timely manner across Worldwide Operations. You will need to trouble shoot along the way and provide support as needed to our customers and internal stakeholders. The role requires organizational skills and strict attention to detail as accuracy is critical. You will be responsible for the quality of the content and for escalating when there are risks to the customer experience. Basic Qualifications Ability to follow the standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate execution. Identify opportunities for improvement in the SOPs as you understand the processes and the environment better. Be self-driven to make the changes to the SOPs making them smarter and faster. Proficiency with MS Suite including Wor
