Job Description
The Concur and Corporate Card Operations Analyst is responsible for managing end-to-end operations related to the Nordstrom corporate card program and the SAP Concur Expense systems. This role ensures compliance with company policies through regular audits, user access reviews, and adherence to company policies. Key responsibilities include managing corporate card accounts, overseeing system configurations, supporting user inquiries, and resolving system or account issues in collaboration with US Bank and internal teams. The specialist generates and analyzes reports for trends, compliance, and executive insights while maintaining system accuracy through updates to profiles, GL codes, and audit rules. Additionally, they partner with finance and accounting to reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and facilitate accurate payment processing, ensuring seamless expense operations and user support.
**This role is Hybrid Seattle, Washington - you will be required to be in office three days per week.
A day in the life:
Manage SAP Concur Expense operations, including user access administration, compliance reviews, system configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
Oversee corporate card program, including account applications, routine maintenance, closures, credit limit adjustments, and fraud resolution.
Conduct audits of expense reports, reconcile aged transactions, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Perform quarterly and biweekly compliance reviews for SAP Concur and US Bank platforms.
Monitor and maintain daily system operations, including transaction balancing, profile updates, and troubleshooting issues.
Generate and analyze reports on corporate card usage, expense trends, and compliance for leadership insights.
Coordinate with finance teams to process payments, resolve discrepancies, and manage GL codes and audit rules.
Support employees with account maintenance, expense reconciliation, and system-related inquiries via email intake.
Partner with internal Finance teams to resolve account issues, such as fraud alerts, duplicate transactions, and employee repayments.
Update system settings and configuration, including mileage reimbursement rates, audit rules, and receipt requirements to comply with external regulators and company policy.
Prepare dashboards, executive summaries, and ad hoc reports for corporate card and expense program spend and performance.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to review data, identify trends, and conduct compliance and operational accuracy audits.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in managing corporate card accounts, expense reports, and financial transactions.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SAP Concur Expense (certification required), US Bank platforms, Coupa, Oracle ERP, and reporting Cognos/Concur Intelligence.
Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to troubleshoot system errors, resolve discrepancies, and address user issues efficiently.
Compliance and Policy Adherence: Knowledge of financial controls, audit processes, and corporate policies related to expense management. Requires making financial, legal, and policy-based decisions.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to coordinate with internal teams, employees, and external partners like US Bank.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks such as daily system monitoring, reporting, and responding to user requests under tight deadlines.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Partnering with finance, accounting, and corporate teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.
Data Reporting and Analysis: Proficiency in generating and interpreting financial and operational reports for decision-making and leadership updates.
Customer Service Focus: Providing responsive and effective support to employees for corporate card and expense-related inquiries.
Expense Management Operations: Proficiency in managing SAP Concur Expense operations, including user access, system configuration, and routine maintenance.

User Support and Issue Resolution: Providing effective support for account maintenance, expense reconciliation, and resolving system or transaction-related inquiries.
System Configuration and Updates: Managing updates to system settings, such as mileage rates, audit rules, and receipt requirements, to comply with policies and regulations.

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Washington: $57,000 - $105,000 Annually
This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
