We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Litigation Paralegal with a top-rated Plaintiff Complex Litigation firm. This role involves supporting attorneys in a hybrid/remote work environment. The focus is predominantly on high dollar Personal Injury cases, including Medical Malpractice, Traumatic Brain Injury, Trucking Collisions, Product Liability, and Wrongful Death.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research related to personal injury cases

• Be responsible for the preparation and organization of trial materials

• Handle discovery processes efficiently and effectively

• Analyze patient medical records for case relevance

• Prepare and review medical records for client cases

• Support attorneys during jury trials.

Requirements

7+ YOE in Complex Litigation (Plaintiff preferred)

Experience with jury trials

Strong understanding of State and Federal court system in WA
