A multi-office firm in Seattle is searching for a Complex Litigation Paralegal to support their award winning practice.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of extensive experience in research, writing, cite-checking, and e-discovery; trial experience and experience with Relativity software is a plus. Experience in federal court, with a depth of knowledge of legal concepts, terminology, and processes, is essential. This role requires a strong combination of case-based project management skills and a high level of internal customer service. We are looking for someone who is very straightforward by nature, positive and proactive, enjoys working in a team, has a great sense of humor, and can handle challenging situations.

Requirements:

• Strong cite check capabilities utilizing The Bluebook, Westlaw, and Lexis+.

• Excellent writing and research skills.

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Relativity e-discovery software.

• Experience coordinating reviews of large document productions.

• Demonstrated ability as an independent thinker and self-starter.

• Exemplary communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues, co-counsel, and clients.

• Extremely responsive to deadlines.

• Ability to effectively respond to urgent situations that require a quick turnaround.

Requirements

5+ YOE as a Litigation Paralegal

Experience with Relativity or other E-Discovery software

Trial or trial prep experience

Experience with cases in Federal courts
