We are in search of a Communication Specialist to work part time for an organization based in Seattle, Washington. The primary focus of this role will be to write and manage communication materials, handle Salesforce administration, and execute technical writing tasks. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the creation and distribution of communication materials

• Administer Salesforce, ensuring it is efficiently used and updated

• Craft technical documents that are clear, concise, and easy to understand, particularly for SOPs

• Coordinate with different departments to gather information for communications

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies

• Handle inquiries related to communication materials and strategies

• Maintain updated records of all communications

• Write templates for marketing email and text campaigns

• Ensure all communications adhere to the organization's brand and guidelines

Requirements

• Exceptional skills in Technical Writing are required, with the ability to produce clear, concise and engaging content.

• Must have proficiency in Salesforce Administration, with the capacity to manage, configure and troubleshoot the platform.

• Ability to create compelling Communication Materials such as emails, texts, newsletters, and social media posts.

• Experience in Communications Management is essential, including planning, executing and monitoring communication strategies.
