Then, join us and we can be great together. Shape a future where people and societies grow and flourish We are seeking a highly motivated Marine Coastal Designer to join our team. You will work closely with a team of experts working alongside our customers on some of North America's most significant projects. Your key responsibilities will be to: Perform tasks on projects requiring a broad or deep knowledge in the field of coastal engineering as it relates to marine infrastructure Perform tasks in the field of coastal engineering, including but not limited to preparing met-ocean design criteria; fluid-structure interaction analyses; mooring analyses; numerical simulations of coastal and hydraulic processes; flood mapping products, risk analyses, and climate change assessments. Implement design best practices in areas of expertise, in addition, ensures conformance with all applicable codes, standards, and client requirements Prepare and review calculations for analysis along with preparing engineering reports and memoranda Prepares construction drawings and other documents, such as technical specifications Your skills. On top of that, you will have: A Bachelor's in civil engineering, Master's is preferred; Engineering in Training Certification or have the ability to obtain; 0 to 4 years of previous related experience on marine/waterfront coastal design The ability and willingness to travel and to perform required fieldwork; and Proven written and verbal communication skills along with effective relationship-building skills.
