Position Overview We are looking for a Production Artist to join the Stanley Color, Material and Finish (CMF) Team. As a Production Artist, you will be part of a growing creative community at Stanley, and will support the creation and execution of compelling artwork and finishes that inspire consumers to create a more sustainable and less disposable life and world. This is a highly cross-functional role and you will work closely with Stanley's Product Development, Product Management, Industrial Design and Engineering teams. What You'll Do Support the creation and development of artwork and finish for all Stanley product categories. Set up and maintain all artwork and placement files for production. Participate in brainstorming sessions with the CMF team and cross-functional partners to arrive at creative concepts that inspire consumers, fulfill the Stanley brand promise, and meet the needs of the business. Ensure all work is aligned with Stanley brand standards and industry best practices. Tap into design and industry trends and share research and inspiration with the greater team. Maintain our dieline and asset library. Take an active role in growing the artwork production function at Stanley. About You Exceptional taste with a passion for product; you seamlessly blend creative collaboration and a technical understanding of apply artwork on product. Expertise in creating pattern repeats and production ready artwork files. Highly motivated - taking ownership of projects and at the same time, being objective and responsive to feedback. Comfortable with 'progression' in the context of multiple iterations of testing and learning. Excellent verbal and visual communication and presentation skills. Strong affinity with food, beverage and lifestyles products. Education and Experience Degree in Graphic Design, Textile Design, Fine Arts or equivalent artwork production experience. 3+ years of professional production artwork experience. Hardgoods or softgoods experience required, specifically knowledge of printing and finishing processes. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. PLM experience a plus. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
