Accenture Cloud Platform Service Design Application Development Manager in Seattle, Washington

Cloud Platform Service Design Application Development Manager (Accenture LLP; Seattle, WA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Cloud Platform Service Design Application Development Manager in Seattle, WA to lead the managed delivery projects using Agile methodology and the delivery of highly complex technical solutions. S/he will perform the following duties: manage client portfolios, operational & financial planning and performance of outsourcing contracts with respect to their controllable income targets; interview and hire new resources and represent subordinates in annual performance reviews; oversee subordinates and ensure the industry standard design patterns and practices around the software design, development, test, and implementation; responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects and provide oversight, accountability, and leadership for technical decisions; build the innovation and optimization agenda and implement them to client work products & processes; gather key performance metrics and present Monthly Business Review (MBR), Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and prepare executive-level product roadmap presentations for client stakeholders and key decision-makers; organize & lead agile specific planning meetings and coordinate with key stakeholders; capture and analyze business requirements and estimate cost and efforts needed, build project plans & schedules, manage risks & mitigations and on-time & within budget delivery; oversee the creation of high-level and low-level designs artifacts, design architecture and features, and build scalable and secure applications within the infrastructure based on Microsoft technology stack, Microsoft Azure cloud platform; lead the team on the database designing, developing test scenarios & test plans, building automation framework and automation of test scenarios.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires at least a bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or Engineering (any), or in a closely related field plus 4 years of experience as an Application Development Associate Manager or in a related IT position. This position also requires the following experience: 2 years of experience in Project & Program Management, Projects financial planning and client engagement to oversee processes, project plans & schedules, resources, cost estimation, budget, risks & mitigation plans, and client & projects portfolios; 4 years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases and Agile software development & delivery methodology to lead end-to-end agile delivery of technical projects, build, test, and deploy applications using Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD); 4 years of experience in technical design, architecture, development, and implementation using Microsoft technology stack – ASP.NET or ASP.NET MVC and C# and SQL Server to build, develop, integrate and deliver data centric and secure distributed systems and applications; 2 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and Microsoft Azure cloud platform to design, architect, build and integrate cloud solutions for agile business needs; 4 years of hands-on experience with Software design methodologies such as Object-Oriented design (OOD), Event Driven Design (EDD), data modeling techniques, Unified Modeling Language (UML) and industry standard design patterns and practices to create low level and high level of technical designs and develop business components; 4 years of experience with MS Visual Studio, HTML5, Cascading stylesheet (CSS), JSON, jQuery, JavaScript design patterns, Microsoft Coded UI Test, and Selenium to design test scenarios, build interactive User Interface (UI) and automate User Interface (UI) of applications.
