DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide end user insight to perioperative process enhancement and improvement opportunities. Link clinical practice with products and programs. Build strategic alliances with customers and sales representatives as it relates to executing successful value add programs.* Contribute to the development of new products along with the modification and improvements of existing products by providing customer (end user) insight for process enhancement and improvement opportunities.* Participate in key marketing activities as needed.* Participate in key healthcare Perioperative Conferences such as OR Manager, AORN, OR Business Manager, APIC etc.* Analyze customer specific surgical data and map procedures to perioperative supply protocols.* Provide customer interface with Perioperative Leadership and a variety of healthcare professionals including: OR Directors/Managers, Surgeons, First Assistant, Circulating Nurse, Scrub Tech, ORT, Anesthesiologist, CRNA, Anesthesia Tech, Materials Managers, Central Sterile Department etc.* Document surgical practice utilizing systems and tools such as Med Pack .and.amp; Microsoft Application tools.* Conduct utilization reviews for existing customers surgical pack programs and Identify standardization opportunities.* Implementation support for new surgical pack programs.* Conduct Quality investigations, waste assessments, clinical review .and.amp; observations for improved practice and best practice recommendationsMedline offers a business casual, entrepreneurial work environment with strong growth potential, a competitive compensation package, and a complete benefits package including medical/dental/vision/life insurance; 401(k) with company match.
