Seattle Children's Clinical Psychologist - Gastroenterology in Seattle, Washington

Provide behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and families within the Gut-Brain Health Program at Seattle Children's Hospital. Assume responsibility for overseeing and providing consultation and behavioral health services to Seattle Children's gastroenterology patients and will collaborate closely with other members of the Gut-Brain Health Program team to deliver care in service of optimal results. In addition, the psychologist will participate in family and community-oriented education and collaborate in program development.

Required Education/Experience:

PhD, PsyD, or Ed.D. in psychology, with specialization in child clinical psychology from an APA-accredited training program.

Completion of an APA-approved internship.

Formal post-doctoral training in an appropriate area of specialization.

May work evening & weekends as required.

Required Credentials:

Licensed as a Psychologist in the State of Washington.

Prior to start of employment, must obtain, and maintain in good standing, medical or allied health professional staff privileges that are not limited, revoked, suspended, conditioned, or probationary, except for normal probationary periods due to initial appointment.

All medical and allied health professional staff members are provisional for the first year.

Any and all medical or allied health professional staff privileges at Children's will terminate automatically upon the termination of the individual's employment at Children's.

Termination of employment does not prohibit the individual from seeking medical or allied health professional staff privileges at Children's as a non-employee in any category for which the individual qualifies.

Preferred:

Post-doctoral level experience in pediatric psychology.

Experience in a pediatric medical setting.

Compensation Range

$121,573 - $178,783 annual USD

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
