Seattle Children's Clinical Manager, Respiratory Care in Seattle, Washington
Manage clinical practice for Respiratory Therapy department to include orientation of new staff, annual competency assessment, and day or night shift clinical operations. Collaborate with the department director in managing medical leaves, return to work, time and attendance of respiratory therapists.
Required Education and Experience
Graduate from an accredited school of respiratory therapy. Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, Business, or equivalent work experience. Previous supervisory or managerial experience in healthcare setting.
Required Credentials
Current Washington State Respiratory Care Practitioner License. Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). BLS. Neonatal Pediatric Specialty credential from National Board for Respiratory Care must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
Preferred
Previous experience in a training and education environment. Knowledge of education theory.
Compensation Range
$126,805.00 - $190,207.00 per year
Salary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
