They proactively identify opportunities to help clients meet their objectives and to address challenges and constraints. They are highly aware of the delivery work in which Slalom is engaged, and work with Accountable Executives to drive excellent delivery.You will enjoy this role if you have a real passion and interest in your client's business and you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the variety of solutioning, client engagement, relationship building, delivery excellence, business development, contracting/negotiating, delivery excellence enablement, operations/financial management, and team/people management-all in a single role.You will be successful in this role if you have great active listening skills, a humble approach to business development, and you are genuinely interested in helping solve problems for your client.In this role, you will be tasked with proactively growing client relationships, and identifying opportunities to help clients solve problems while ensuring high-quality delivery of the entire suite of Slalom offerings.What You'll Do* Own direct revenue responsibility of $2.5m-$5m* Client delivery - this role is typically 60-80% billable on client engagements* Responsible for the profitability of assigned local accounts (revenue & utilization goals)* Collaborate with sales executives and account operations to create account plans and execute against those plans* Lead data and technology pursuits, many of which are related to or use the Microsoft technology stack* Client relationship management / seeking new relationships/building existing relationships* Collaborate with internal teams on client outcomes and solution development, staffing, and delivery* Ensure delivery excellence by providing oversight and governance of all sold/managed engagements on your assigned accounts* Mitigate financial risks, people matters, and billing disputes* Drive business development with the proper information (creation of SOW, RFP responses), tools, and subject matter expertise to sell engagementsWhat You'll Bring* Advanced project delivery (project/program management) and/or specific consulting expertise you can offer to clients.* Client management/leadership experience from a formal management consulting environment* Excellent listening skills and the ability to lead with empathy* Technical acumen - familiarity with the Microsoft Suite (Azure, PowerApps, O365) and/or Salesforce strongly preferredAbout UsSlalom is a modern consulting firm focused on strategy, technology, and business transformation.
