Description

We are a leading Personal Injury law firm based in Seattle, offering top-quality service to our clients. We're currently on the hunt for a diligent, extremely customer service-oriented New Client Liaison to join our rapidly growing team.

The New Client Liaison will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for guiding them through the initial steps of their case. As the frontline of our firm, you'll help set the tone for the client experience, assisting in building strong relationships with our clients, enhancing the client service culture, and ensuring their needs are met in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries from potential clients and provide them with details about our services

  • Conduct initial consultations with potential clients, gathering information and directing them to the right personnel

  • Keep detailed records of client interactions

  • Work closely with our legal and administrative teams to ensure client needs are met

  • Follow up on leads to ensure potential clients are given adequate attention

  • Handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally

  • Contribute to client retention strategies

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 years of customer service or sales experience; experience in a legal setting is considered a plus

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Proactive and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment

  • Understanding of legal terminology and procedures, or the willingness to learn

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Requirements

Experience working in a professional services company

Customer Service experience

Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
