This position is remote. Candidates may be required on occasion to visit the local office when/if needed.

Interacts with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their business problems and needs. Analyzes, documents, and communicates business and/or system requirements. Works at the intersection of business and technology, representing business requirements during the design and modification of IT systems. Supports project management efforts, manages datasets, and performs reporting. Supports a variety of accounting projects and/or functions managed within the Business Operation Services department.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma

• 3 years of eBilling, billing, business analysis or IT project management experience preferably in a law firm environment

• Must have BillBlast or EbillingHub experience

• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are required to interact with various colleagues and business stakeholders

• Strong analytical skills and comfort in summarizing and communicating project scope and execution

• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Excel skills must be advanced, including use of Lookup and PivotTable functions

• Organized self-starter with the ability to handle a large number of projects at one time and meet multiple concurrent deadlines

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in preferably Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Business Process Management from an accredited institution

What will your day look like?

As a Client Accounts Ops Analyst, you will interact with project stakeholders to understand business problems and define solution requirements. You will perform all aspects of eBilling, with in-depth knowledge of industry best practices, supporting daily operations and functions. You will analyze business processes and supporting systems, develop business cases, build metrics, and provide related reporting. You will document and communicate on system requirements and build process-workflow diagrams.

Additionally, you will support project management and reporting efforts. You will liaise with project participants and follows up routinely to ensure effective communication and completion of tasks. You will interface with IT and various departments to support execution of cross-functional project requirements. You will perform system testing and requirements validation. You will also provide training to attorneys and staff as needed and apply best practices for effective communication and problem solving.

In accordance with New York City, California, and Washington’s Pay Transparency Law, pay range for this position, if hired to work in New York City, California, and Washington is $85,000 – $100,000. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience and overall qualifications.
