The Claim Professional position is an individual contributor role responsible for managing the day to day aspects of a claims program. This includes meeting program execution targets, maintaining program documentation, ensuring quality expectations are met and improving processes. Responsibilities

• Deliver WoW! experiences to our Pet Parents through program management
• Ensure Key Performance Indicator (KPI)s, quality, daily targets, and measurements are met
• Identify and manage risks, roadblocks, and issues
• Identify, recommend, and assist in implementation process improvements
• Create and maintain program documentation
• Collaborate with other process owners and the claims quality assurance team
• Keep supervisors and other stakeholders informed of changes, risks, and opportunities in the program
