Description

We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our offices in Seattle. The successful candidate will handle a variety of civil litigation matters, including medical malpractice defense, employment defense and insurance defense litigation. This role offers a chance to work on intricate cases and gain hands-on experience in all facets of civil litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare legal documents.

• Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights.

• Engage in negotiation and mediation to resolve disputes.

• Handle medical malpractice and insurance defense litigation cases.

• Participate in all facets of civil litigation, from client interaction to discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial.

• Develop strategies to handle complex litigation cases effectively.

• Assist in the representation of physicians, hospitals, and healthcare providers in civil trial representation.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and effective approach to complex legal issues.

• Actively participate in courtroom trials, refining skills as trial lawyers.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 1 years of experience as an Attorney

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school

• Must be a Licensed Attorney in Washington

• Experience in Civil Litigation and Defense Litigation is required
