ProfessionalProvides training, clinical consultation, and practice transformation support to child and youth serving providers. Responsible for resolving issues for members, such as access to care issues, by liaising between providers, members, and internal departments. Identifies opportunities and implements pilots and programs that improve quality of care.
Provider Training and Consultation
Facilitate resolution of member and provider escalated issues
Member and provider communications
State Required Reporting
Facilitation and/or attendance at stakeholder meetings.
Education/Experience: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or other related field. 4+ years experience, preferably in a community behavioral health setting
Licensure/Certifications: Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Professional or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
